ARE WOODEN CITY WATCHES WATERPROOF?
All of our watches are considered to be "splash safe." Feel free to wash your hands or wear it on rainy days. However, full submergence in water is not recommended.
ARE WOODEN CITY WATCHES UNDER WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all our watches. Our warranty does not include damages that may occur from everyday use.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?
Yes, as long as the watch is unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
- To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
- 1. Securely pack your merchandise. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
- 2. Attach the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
- 3. Mail your return package to us.
WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We offer free returns and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
